Local parcels are delivered to recipients in major industrial and commercial districts on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories within two working days after posting date, and within three working days for other areas

Customers can track the delivery status of the package through JUNMA DELIVERY or contact us.

Note: Sundays and public holidays are not counted when calculating the posting days of various mail items and evaluating the performance under the performance pledge.
